July 2026

  1. Library

    Collections and library views

Group assets into collections. New views for My assets, Shared, Recent, Starred and Trash.

    • Collections: group creatives without copying them. Deleting a collection never deletes its assets.
    • Views: Organization, My assets, Shared with me, Recent (last 14 days), Starred and Trash.
    • Stars: personal bookmarks on any card.
    • Trash: deleting moves an asset to Trash; restore puts it back. Only admins can delete permanently.
    • Asset detail: a tabbed panel (Overview, Performance, Text, Info) that saves as you edit.
    • Ad links: link an asset to the Meta ads that used it and see its spend, ROAS and engagement on the Performance tab.
  2. Workspaces

    Multi-brand workspaces

Each brand gets an isolated workspace with its own library, catalog, Meta account and settings.

    • Library, products, competitor archive, Meta data and tag vocabulary are all scoped to the active workspace.
    • Switch workspaces without data from one brand ever appearing in another.
    • Roles: Admin, Creative Manager, Editor and Agency (read-only), with an access control matrix in Settings.
  3. Sharing

    Share pages

Public links for a collection or a single asset. No login needed, and no money metrics on the page.

    • Share a collection or a single asset with a link, with an optional expiry, and revoke it any time.
    • Or invite people and teams directly with viewer or editor access.
    • Public share pages show the creative and nothing else: no spend, no ROAS, no revenue.
  4. WorkspacesMeta Ads

    A Meta account per workspace

Each workspace connects its own Meta ad account. Tokens are encrypted at rest.

    • Every workspace syncs its own ad account, so one brand's numbers never mix with another's.
    • Access tokens are stored encrypted.
    • Library reads now require sign-in and the right permissions end to end.
  5. PerformanceMeta Ads

Campaign, ad set and ad breakdown

Drill from campaign to ad set to ad in one expandable tree.

    • Expand a campaign to see its ad sets, and an ad set to see its ads, with totals at every level.
  6. RolesPerformance

    Spend share

Roles without revenue access see each ad's share of spend instead of dollar amounts.

    • Editors and agency partners can see which ads the account is backing without seeing the books.
    • Spend share replaces dollar columns for those roles across Meta Ads and Stats.
  7. PerformanceStats

    Stats overview

Headline KPIs, a daily trend chart and a creative leaderboard with ROAS heat.

    • Exec strip: spend, blended ROAS, active winners, spend on winners, creative velocity, CTR, impressions, hook and hold rate.
    • Trend chart: any metric, per day, over 7, 30 or 90 days.
    • Creative leaderboard: top ads with a ROAS heat scale and lifecycle chips (Winner, Testing, Underperforming, Paused).
    • Winners vs losers: a ROAS-versus-spend quadrant showing what to scale, what to cut and what needs more testing.
    • Library health: analysis coverage, image and video mix, the tagging review funnel and catalog coverage.
    • Daily 3-second play and ThruPlay counts are now stored, so hook and hold rate history builds up over time.
  8. Performance

Custom date ranges for Meta Ads

Pick any date range on the Meta Ads tab, not just the last 7, 30 or 90 days.

    • Choose an inclusive start and end date to compare launches, promos or seasons.
    • Preview loading now shows a placeholder until the creative is ready.
  9. PerformanceRoles

    Ad previews and revenue permissions

Open any synced ad to see the creative itself. Revenue and spend are visible only to roles that should see them.

    • Click an ad to open a playable preview of the creative, with its performance alongside.
    • Money metrics are permission-gated in the API, not just hidden in the interface. Roles without revenue access never receive the numbers.
  10. AIProducts

AI product tagging and Tag Review

Fovea suggests which catalog product appears in each creative. Your team confirms suggestions in a review queue.

    • A product matcher looks for catalog products in images and video and suggests the product and variant.
    • Suggestions land in Tag Review: approve, pick a different candidate, choose the right product by hand, or reject.
    • Only matches above a high, calibrated confidence threshold are applied without review.
    • Missed a product? Draw a box on the frame and add it yourself.
  11. PerformanceMeta Ads

    Meta Ads sync

Your ad account syncs nightly: spend, ROAS, CTR, impressions and purchases for every ad.

    • Connect a Meta ad account and every ad syncs with its campaign and ad set context.
    • Daily performance: spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, purchases, purchase value and ROAS.
    • The first sync backfills 90 days; nightly syncs re-pull the last 28 days because Meta restates attribution.
    • A Meta Ads tab with a KPI strip, searchable table, 7, 30 and 90-day windows and a "Sync now" button.
  12. LibraryImport

    Google Drive importer

Bring in a whole Drive archive. Duplicates are caught and folder names become creators and tags.

    • Crawl a Google Drive folder tree, plan the import, then transfer in resumable batches.
    • Duplicate files (same content) are imported once and the copies are recorded on the asset.
    • Folder structure becomes creators and tags, so an archive arrives already organised.
    • Imported assets queue for AI analysis and are tagged in waves.
