What can I put in the library?+
Images, video and audio, launched or not. Drafts, raw footage and unlaunched cuts sit next to live ads and get tagged the same way.
How do I bring an existing archive across?+
Upload from the browser on any plan. On Growth and above, share a Google Drive folder and we bulk import it for you: folder names become creators and tags, and duplicate files come in once. Self-serve Drive connect is coming soon.
What does search actually look at?+
File names, hooks, descriptions, on-screen text, spoken transcripts, creators and linked products, in one box. Filters show live counts, and every filter lives in the URL, so a view is a link you can send.
Can I share creative with someone outside the team?+
Yes. Invite people to a collection or an asset, or create a read-only link that expires in 7 days, 30 days or never. Share pages show the creative and nothing else: no spend, no revenue, no ROAS.
What happens when I delete something?+
It moves to Trash, and Restore puts it back. Only Admins can delete permanently, and only from Trash.
Can I download a batch of files?+
Yes. Select creatives in the grid and download them as one zip, up to 500 files at a time.
