How many client brands can we run?+
The Agency plan includes 10 brand workspaces, then $29 a month for each extra one. Seats are unlimited.
Can a client see our other clients?+
No. A member of one workspace cannot see another client's data, or learn that it exists. Every read is scoped to the active workspace on the server.
Does the client need an account to review?+
No. Share a collection or a single asset as a read-only link that expires in 7 days, 30 days or never. Share pages show the creative and nothing else.
Who sees revenue and ROAS?+
Only roles allowed to see money, Admin and Creative Manager by default. The Agency role is read-only and sees CTR, impressions and share of spend. Admins can change it in the access matrix.
Can each client use its own Meta ad account?+
Yes. Connect a Meta ad account per workspace. Tokens are encrypted at rest, and every workspace syncs nightly on its own.
Can we bring each client's Drive archive?+
Yes. Share a Google Drive folder per client and we bulk import it into that workspace, with duplicates imported once. Self-serve Drive connect is coming soon.
