Upload and import
Bring creative into Fovea by uploading files, bulk importing a Google Drive archive, and organising it with automatic names, collections and views.
Upload from your computer
Drag files anywhere onto the Library page, or use the upload button. Images, video and audio are all supported.
- Files upload straight to storage with a progress bar per file. If one fails, retry or remove it without restarting the batch.
- New uploads appear in an upload deck where you can add tags and link products while analysis runs.
- Each creative is analysed automatically as soon as it finishes uploading. Audio skips visual analysis.
Import a Google Drive archive
On Growth and above you can bring in a whole Drive archive in bulk. Imports are run with the Fovea team today, so large archives arrive organised and complete:
- Share the Drive folder (read-only) with the address we give you.
- We crawl it and send you the plan: what will be imported, what is a duplicate, and what will be skipped (for example CAD files or PDFs).
- Once you approve, the import runs in batches and resumes if interrupted.
Folder names become metadata. A folder per creator becomes the creator on each asset, and other folder names become tags. Duplicates come in once: identical files found in several folders are imported a single time, with the other locations recorded on the asset.
Imported creatives are analysed in waves after the import finishes, so tags appear over the following hours on large archives. A self-serve Drive connection is Coming soon
Names you do not have to type
Fovea names each creative from its tags in a style-creator-product-angle pattern. Change a tag and the name follows. If you also want a convention for ad names in Ads Manager, try the free naming convention generator.
Views
Six views sit above the Library grid:

Every filter and search lives in the page URL, so you can send a teammate a link to exactly the view you are looking at.
Collections
Group creatives without copying them: campaign packs, moodboards, hand-offs. Select assets and choose Add to collection, or create a new collection on the spot. Deleting a collection never deletes its assets.
Bulk actions
Select creatives to link a product, add them to a collection, download a zip of up to 500 files, or move them to Trash.
Trash
Deleting moves a creative to Trash, where it can be restored. Only admins can delete permanently, and only from Trash.
