Work as a team

Workspaces and roles

How Fovea keeps brands separate with workspaces, what each role can do, and how to control who sees spend and revenue.

Workspaces

A workspace is one brand. Each workspace has its own:

  • library, collections and share links,
  • product catalog,
  • Meta ad account and token,
  • tag vocabulary (styles, angles, creators),
  • competitor ad archive and favorites.

Nothing crosses between workspaces. Someone working in one brand cannot see, search or open anything from another. Agencies typically run one workspace per client. Starter and Growth include one workspace; Agency includes ten, with more available for $29/mo each. See pricing.

Roles

RoleCan do
AgencyView everything they are allowed to see. Read-only. Ideal for agency partners and stakeholders.
EditorUpload and edit creatives, tags and product links, manage collections, the catalog and tag vocabulary.
Creative ManagerEverything an Editor can, plus see spend and revenue, run Meta syncs, review AI product suggestions, disable products and manage users.
AdminEverything, including workspace settings, connected accounts and permanent deletion.

Money visibility

Spend, revenue, purchases and ROAS are protected by a single permission, revenue access. By default only Creative Managers and Admins have it.

Roles without it still see impressions, clicks, CTR, hook and hold rate, and each ad's share of spend. The numbers are removed on the server, not just hidden on screen, so they cannot be read from the browser either.

Access control matrix

Admins can adjust what each role can do in Settings > Access control: which tabs each role sees and which actions it can take, including revenue access. Admins always keep full access, so you cannot lock yourself out.

Inviting your team

Invite people from Settings > Members and pick their role. You can change a role at any time.
